ROLE โ Functional Area Expert (FAE)
Required Functional Areas:
Air Quality (AQ), Air Pollution (AP), Risk & Hazard (RH), Solid & Hazardous Waste (SHW), Soil Conservation (SC), Hydro Geology (HG), Socio Economic (SE), Ecological & Bio diversity (EB), Water Pollution (WP), etc.
Work & Site Location: Ashok Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 3 โ 5 Years of experience in the field of EIA (Environmental Impact Assessments)
Salary: Based on the existing package
Mode of Interview: Face to face Technical & HR Round
Skills Required:
The following skills are required for the FAE position.
Technical Skills
Must have handled and coordinated Category A/ B type projects in the sectors โ Building Construction, Township Area Development, Industrial Parks.
He/she has to coordinate with EIA Coordinator and responsible to handle and execute the EIA studies including baseline data generation and report preparation for the projects
Responsible for planning & preparation of Prefeasibility Reports, EIA Reports, Site Visits for checking environmental compliance
Candidate is responsible for preparation of EAC / SEACs / DEACs presentations
Interact and coordinate with clients on technical aspects
Knowledge & Experience in EIA Legislations & Processes
Should have hands-on experience in working with AERMOD (Air Quality Predictions)
Experience in working with PHAST Micro, SAFETI & ALOHA for Risk Predictions
Qualification
- B. Tech/ B.E. Civil/ Mechanical/ Environmental/ Chemical
- M. Tech Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management/ Environmental Science
- M.Sc Chemistry/ Environmental Science/
Candidate with a short notice period or Candidates who can join on an immediate basis will be highly preferred.
